About Lasse Palomaki
Lasse Palomaki is a career coach and a talent management professional who has taught and coached over 1,500 students on career readiness strategies. In addition, he has built training and coaching programs in diverse settings, including the military, higher education, and the non-profit sector.
Currently, Lasse is the Assistant Director of Talent Management at the University of South Florida Foundation, where he leads culture, innovation, and talent development initiatives for a division of 180+ professionals. He is also adjunct faculty at the Bryan School of Business and Economics at UNC Greensboro and a Career Coach at Ama La Vida coaching.
