About Biron Clark
Biron began working as an Executive Recruiter in 2012, where he partnered with job seekers in industries including Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Software Technology, and more.
He founded Career Sidekick shortly after, in June 2013, and began publishing online job search advice from a small home office outside of Boston, while still working full-time as a recruiter. He eventually left recruitment to focus full-time on advising job seekers and growing Career Sidekick.
His advice is based on direct experience working with hundreds of job seekers, recruiting for multiple Fortune-500 firms and top tech start-ups, and reviewing thousands of resumes and LinkedIn profiles.
